Job roles & Responsibilities:
• Design of Fuel tanks/Fuel system/LNG/Fuel Cells/Fenders Fairings/Tail Lamp and mounting brackets
• Design of casting anchorages and Sheet metal components
• Design of Complex Sheet metal parts & brackets
• Work closely with supplier for development components
• Engineering documentation of drawings and specifications
• Documentation of solutions

Education, Skills and Experience:
• B.E – Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with Relevant experience (3 to 10 Years)
• Hands on work experience in similar automotive – domain preferred
• Experience in heavy commercial vehicle industry will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of application of GD&T

The key personal skills for this role are:

• Good knowledge on design of sheet metal brackets and casting component design.
• Design and installation of Fuel Tanks and Systems.
• Extensive hands on experience in ProE (wf4.0 & above) / Creo and PDM software’s is mandatory
• Exposure to vehicle packaging and DMU mock up – Creo View is required
• Design and installation of different mechanical components on chassis
• Familiar to different types of truck/automotive aggregates preferred
• Strong in engineering fundamentals and its applications
• Good networking and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
• Good team player and contributor in Cross Functional Teams
