Job roles & Responsibilities:
• Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile Engineering Graduate or equivalent education
• 3 to 8 years of Exp. in the field of Automotive Design
• Strong working experience in Catia V5/Creo
• Strong working experience in BIW domain, Glass & Seals
• Good Knowledge on Manufacturing process of sheet metal components
• Strong knowledge of modeling procedures / drafting practices, manufacturing processes and GD&T
• Automotive product development knowledge
• Conduct regular design reviews to assure that designs meet required specifications.
• Exposure to vehicle packaging and DMU mock up
• Design and installation of different mechanical components on chassis
• Familiar to different types of automotive aggregates preferred
• Strong in engineering fundamentals and its applications
• Good networking and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
• Good team player and contributor in Cross Functional Teams
