John Seitz's career started with Owens Corning where he served in many roles spanning the business as well as Information Technology for over 32 years. Some of those roles were: Leader of Administration for Insulation Materials (included Credit, Customer Service, Production Planning, Pricing and Sales Administration), Leader of Systems Development, Director of Telecommunications and Data Center Operations, Director of Litigation Support, Leader of Corp. Re-engineering, Leader of SAP Implementation for Bill to Collect Team, and Leader of E-Commerce.

Introduction of the first Microfilming application.

Creation of the first End User Computing Data Base. |

Created the companies product allocation system. |

Creation of the first mechanical pricing system. |

Responsible for bringing in SAP. |

Re-engineered several processes which resulted in over 100 million in savings to the bottom line. |

Saved the company from a Federal anti trust Lawsuit related to pricing. |

Post Owens Corning, John Seitz successfully managed his own company Enterprise Software Resources where he succeeded in growing the business each year. His company was focused on SAP, and other ERP technologies. They successfully implemented other ERP packages for mid-cap companies. |

During his time at ESR John received many awards, and was instrumental in having his company recognized as a leading provider of ERP Consulting. |

University of Toledo SAP Studies program was awarded a Best Designed Curriculum by SAP and HP. John and the University were flown to Philadelphia receive the award and computer hardware for the University from SAP and HP. |

Xerox used John to better understand the implications of ERP in document management. He received three awards for his work.

Jet Form used John to help promote their solution in the SAP printing space as a replacement for SAP Script, which resulted in the Jet Form Output Pak. |

ASUG used John to present solutions for companies looking for document solutions for SAP. |

IXOS used John to help sell archiving solution for SAP. |

John spoke to the MBA Program for the University of Toledo on the methodology used for ERP implementations. |
