ASM Technologies, reports consolidated Net Profit of Rs.94.78 lakhs for the quarter ended 31st December, 2009, up 23.43 % QoQ.

ASM Technologies Ltd , a global IT Service provider , today announced its financial results for the quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2009.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs.1721.03 lakhs and Rs. 4895.51 lakhs for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2009,respectively.

EBIDTA stood at Rs.151.93 lakhs for the quarter ended 31st December 2009, up 19.24% QoQ and Rs. 432.23 lakhs for the nine months ended as on that date.

Net Profit after tax was Rs.94.78 lakhs for the quarter ended 31st December , 2009, up 23.43 % QoQ while the Net profit for the nine months ended as on that date was Rs. 256.55 lakhs .

Earnings per share stood at Rs. 1.90 and Rs.5.13 for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2009, respectively.

EBIDTA stood at Rs.141.10 lakhs for the quarter ended 31st December 2009, up 9.41% QoQ

and Rs.430.73 lakhs for the nine months ended as on that date.

Net Profit after tax was at Rs.96.42 lakhs for the quarter ended 31st December , 2009, up 9.95% QoQ while the Net profit for the nine months ended as on that date was Rs. 284.72 lakhs.

Earnings per share stood at Rs. 1.93 and Rs. 5.69 for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2009, respectively.

RONW stood at 6.45% and 19.04 % for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2009, respectively.
