Unaudited Financial Results for the period ended 30th September, 2011

Revenue from operations stood at Rs.3534.65 lakhs for the quarter ended 30th September 2011, up 20.38% YoY and
Rs.6882.71 lakhs ,up 35.40% YoY for the half year ended 30th September 2011.
EBIDTA was Rs.487.83 lakhs for the quarter ended 30th September 2011,up 91.96% YoY and Rs. 905.89 lakhs,
up 93.89% YoY, for six months ended 30th September 2011.
Net Profit after tax was Rs.270.51 lakhs for the quarter ended 30th September 2011, up 7.35% QoQ and
Rs.522.50 lakhs , up 81.35% YoY, for the half year ended 30th Sept 2011.
Earnings per share was Rs. 5.41 for the quarter ,up 7.34% QoQ.
RONW stood at 20.26 % for the half year ended 30th September, 2011.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs.1762.59 lakhs for the quarter ended 30th September 2011, up14.50% YoY and
Rs 3293.82 lakhs for the half year ended 30th September 2011, up 19.68% YoY.
EBIDTA was Rs.296.71 lakhs for the quarter ended 30th September 2011, up 28.95% YoY and Rs. 509.09 lakhs,
up 22.73%YoY, for the six months ended 30th September, 2011.
Net Profit after tax was Rs.169.89 lakhs for the quarter ended 30th September 2011, up 42.42% QoQ and
Rs 289.18 lakhs , up 3.5% YoY ,for the half year ended 30th September, 2011.
Earnings per share was Rs.3.40 for the quarter , up 42.25% QoQ.
RONW stood at 12.53 % for the half year ended 30th September, 2011.
