| ASM Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 19, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 7.5% of the par value of Rs 10/- per share for financial year 2007-2008. The payment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. | |
