ASM Technologies, Revenues for FY 08 increase by 35 % and Net Profit by 207 % over FY07. Directors recommend a dividend of 7.5% for the FY08.

Bangalore, India, 19th April, 2008

ASM Technologies Ltd, a global IT Service provider, today announced its financial results (standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2008.

Highlights

Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008

	Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1091 lakh.

	-YoY increase of 60% & 15% increase compared to the previous quarter ended 31st Dec. 2007.

	EBIDTA at Rs. 152 lakh Up 49% YoY.

	Net Profit was at Rs. 98 lakh, a YoY growth of 217%.

	Earnings per share stood at Rs.1.96.

Results for the year ended March 31, 2008

	Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 4048 lakh.

	-YoY increase of 35%.

	EBIDTA at Rs. 585 lakh Up 56 % YoY.

	Net Profit was at Rs. 369 lakh, a YoY growth of 207%.

	Earnings per share stood at Rs. 7.38.

	ROCE stood at 53%.

	RONW stood at 43%.

Others

	32 New clients were added during the year by ASM.

	The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of 7.5% on the par value of Rs. 10/- per share for the financial year 2007-2008, the payment of which, is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Commenting on the results Mr. Rabindra Srikantan, CEO and Managing Director said "This has been an important quarter for us. The integration of Enterprise Software Resources( ESR) during end Nov 2007 has given us an opportunity to expand our offerings to a larger SAP client base in the US and also afforded a platform to accelerate the growth process."
