- To provide cost-effective Testing Services (Testing, Bug Fixing, Enhancements and QA) to various versions of DNS Network Identity Appliance before release
- To provide Support Services (Bug Fixing, Customer Escalation Bugs/Issues, Customer Specific Enhancements) to DNS customers after Product Release

- Bug-fixing in DNS Product Versions 2.x & 3.x
- Addressed Customer Escalation issues/problems in short support cycle
- Worked on Automating Testing of certain functions of the product through Test Script
- Generation, Editing and Automating; Scripting is done in PERL, awk and Shell
- QA Testing, reporting of issues/problems and pro-actively addressing them
