Acquisition gives ASM an entry into high end SAP consulting |

ASM Technologies Ltd (www.asmltd.com) announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Enterprise Software Resources (www.sapresources.com) a US based firm, in an all cash deal. This acquisition is through ASM's wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore, Advanced Synergic Pte Ltd and financed by Indian Bank, Singapore. |
