	ASM Corporate Social Responsibility

As a responsible Corporate, ASM has been fulfilling its Social Responsibility of contributing to social causes such as feeding the school going children, distributing books and stationery for the under privileged children who are attending schools, through charitable trusts.

As a part of corporate social responsibility the company has contributed during the year 2011-12 towards the following:

1.	Akshaya Patra Foundation, Bangalore (Karnataka) – Free midday meal for under privileged children in school. Click Here for more information about the Akshaya Patra Foundation

2.	Agastya International Foundation a Bangalore - based education trust seeking to transform and stimulate the thinking of rural children and teachers.

3.	Bale Mane Trust - which provides shelter and education to girls between the age of 6 and 18.

4.	SOS villages of India which helps build families for children in need and enables them shape their own futures.

ASM has started contributing an amount equivalent to the amount contributed by Employee/s towards these Social causes thereby encouraging Employees doing their bit towards the society.

ASM and its Employees have already started contributing towards the AKSHAYA PATRA FOUNDATION managed by ISKCON, Bangalore since Jul'2008 and will continue to do its bit towards these Social causes.

Seminar Event “Profiles in Courage: Surviving Adversity” by TRUTOK, Patron of the Arts at Princeton , NJ ASM as a Co-Sponsor, is sponsoring a Seminar event “Profiles in Courage: Surviving Adversity” featuring Jessica Melore as Keynote on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at six o'clock in the evening.

Silent Auction, Cocktails, Hors d'oeuvres, Dinner to benefit the Women's Heart Foundation.

All donations of this event will go to Women's Heart Foundation of Bonnie Arkus's a 501 c3 organization. This organization focuses on improving the survival and quality of life for women with heart disease.
