ASML, DACG to provide improved e-biz offering

IN ORDER to provide an extensive suite of offering in the areas of e-commerce and end-user support - Advance Synergic Microsystems (ASML), a Bangalore-based software development company that provides e-business solutions for the enterprise has partnered with DA Consulting Group (DACG).

With this alliance, ASML will also represent the various offerings of DACG in India and other Asian countries.

The MoU between the two has been signed for a three year period. ASML will outsource and develop DACG's e-business offerings like cataloguing, Web-trading solutions and vertical portals. The company will also represent DACG to market, sell, implement and support its solutions in the South Asia region.

Identifying the various strategic thrusts in the field of e-commerce, knowledge management, enhancement of end-user support, change management and co-sourcing services, both companies are building upon leadership in enterprise solutions-related training and consulting.
