The company promoted by two young computer professionals Mr. Rabindra and Mr. S.Sundar for developing software export markets and to provide computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM) workstation based solutions to the domestic market, is setting up a Rs.4.60 crore project appraised by Industrial Development Bank of India. The company proposes to enter capital market around November to part finance the project cost.

ASML has entered into a value added reseller agreement with Silicon Graphics Inc,USA, for Indigo range of engineering work stations and is a distributor for a number of foreign companies like Point Control co, USA,Structural Research and Analysis Corporation, Rasna Corporation USA,Vibration Engineering Consultant , USA,AutoDesk Inc USA, Goldhill Inc ,UK, and Data Physics Corporation, USA.
