Advanced Synergic Microsystems Limited (ASML) Bangalore has been appointed as the master distributor for Computer Vision (CV), USA, for its CAD/CAM software products in India. The master distributor agreement was signed between the two companies on March 26, 1994.

Computer Vision (CV) is a world leader in CAD/CAM software. Their CADDS and MEDUSA range of software products will be marked in India by ASML through resellers, OEMs and dealers on workstations and PCs.

ASML had a successful public issue in February 1994 for Rs.185 lakh. ASML is confident of achieving over Rs.300 lakh of CVware in 1994-95.
