Advanced Synergic enters software

Advanced Synergic Microsystems Ltd is setting up facilities to develop and market wider range of computer software and hardware products for domestic and export markets. The project cost been estimated at Rs.4.60 crore and will be part financed by a public issue of 18.50 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at par. The issue opens on February 18.The project will be fully operational by April.

The company has entered into a value added reseller agreement with Silicon graphics Inc of USA for their engineering workstations. Silicon Graphics-a Fortune 500 Company-is a world leader in visual computing with revenues in excess of US $ 1 billion
