Advanced Synergic goes public

Bangalore-The Bangalore - Based Advanced Synergic Microsystems Limited is entering the capital market with a public issue of Rs.18.5 lakh equity shares of Rs.10 each for the cash at par aggregating Rs.1.85 crore to part finance- it's ambitious Rs.4.60 crore expansion project.

The Company's Managing Director S.Rabindra told reporters on Friday that the project involves setting up facilities to develop and market a wide range of CAD/CAM software and hardware product for domestic as well as global market.

The company has entered into Value added Reseller agreement with Silicon Graphics Inc of USA for their engineering work stations.
