Advanced Synergic Microsystems Ltd. (ASML) Bangalore has been appointed as the master distributor for Computer Vision (CV), USA for their world renowned CAD/CAM Software product in India. The Master Distributor agreement is being signed between two companies at Delhi on the march 26, 1994.

Computer Vision (CV) USA is a world leader in CAD/CAM Software .Their CADDS5 and MEDUSA range of software product will be marketed in the India by ASML Through resellers, OEMs and dealers on workstations and PC's

ASML, earlier, Synergic Systems is one of the premier software companies in the CAD/CAM/CAE segment catering to the needs of its reputed customers for the past six years. ASML has tie-ups with many overseas companies for reputed CAD/CAM/CAE software products.

ASML has been appraised by Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) with a term loan of Rs.160 lakh .The Company had a successful public issue in the month of February 1994 for Rs.185 lakh.

The CV-ASML tie-up will open -up tremendous business opportunities in the Defence, Space, Aeronautical, Private& Public sectors.ASML is confident of achieving over Rs.300 lakh of CVware in the year 1994-95.
