ASML has embarked on a project at an estimated cost of Rs.460 lakh. The project has been upraised by the industrial development bank of India and IDBI has also consented to overwrite a part of the public issue. The promoters would be contributing Rs.115 lakh and the company proposes to issue equity shares to the public worth Rs. 185 lakh during the next couple of months.
