Advanced Synergic Microsystems Ltd (ASML) has been promoted by Mr. S. Rabindra and Mr. K.Sundar to develop software for export markets and to provide computer aided design computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) workstation based solutions to the domestic market.

ASML has been entered into a value added reseller agreement with Silicon Graphics Inc, USA for the INDIGO range of engineering workstations. Silicon Graphics Inc is a Fortune 500 company with revenues in excess of $ 1 billion.

Advanced Synergic Microsystems is now announcing the release of the fourth generation CAM software SmartCAM CNC process modeling advanced machining in India. The product has been developed by our principals Point Control Co., USA and has received accolades from analysts and customers around the world. SmartCAM is being referred to as a "breathtaking breakthrough" into the future of manufacturing. Some of the highlights of the product are C Axis Turning, multi-Surface machining, job operation experts (JOE), part nesting, optimization and many more breathtaking innovations.

ASML has embarked on a project at an estimated cost of Rs.460Lakh. The project has been praised by the Industrial Development Bank of India and IDBI has also consented to underwrite a part of the public issue. The promoters would be contributing Rs. 115 lakh and the company proposes to issue equity shares to the public worth Rs. 185 lakh during the next couple of months.
