Enterprise Information Portal: part of 5 strategic thrusts for New Millennium

Building upon its leadership in ERP-related training and consulting, DACG has identified five strategic thrusts for the new millennium. E-commerce, knowledge management, enhancement of end-user support, change management and co-sourcing services. ASML will assist DACG in development their e-business offerings like cataloguing, web trading solutions and vertical portals. ASML will also represent DACG to marker, sell, implement and support these solutions in the South Asian region.

E-commerce services: DACG's offerings will include cataloguing, B2B procurement, and development of business and consumer portals, payment services, auctioning, supplier management and related areas services and the development of Enterprise Information Portals (EIP). DACG is aggressive positioning EIPs as the intra-enterprise, technology framework for knowledge management.

Knowledge Management (KM) Services to be delivered around SAP's Knowledge Warehouse suite. The SAP Knowledge Warehouse can also be delivered with content created are SAP, including training courses, instructor guides and associated materials and documentation and related content. DACG will so deliver solutions around other products from companies such as Microsoft and Lotus.

Enhancement of DACG's core business in customized end-user education. This includes computer-based training (CBT), instructor-led training (ILT), web-based training (WBT), distance learning or Net based learning, small group one-on-one training.

In addition to DACG's existing electronic performance support (EPSS) tools and services like DA Passport (an intranet-based on-line help-desk), DACG has development DACG Fast ED, a total training solution for companies that want "do it yourself" ERP employee training. The Fast ED toolkit includes the Fast ED Learning Center and The Fast ED Development Center.

Change Management: DACG's offering focuses on "grassroots level" change as opposed to "blue-ties" strategy formulation. Based on its own DACG@Momentum methodology DACG will help organizations manage and communicate the change brought about by the implementation of a new business application. Deliverables in this area will include intranet based bulletin boards, videos, newsletters, ScreenCam denies, organized e-mail evolutions and messages and road shows.

Co-sourcing services: Organizations that want to outsource their education and end user services can turn to DACG for total or partial co-sourcing services. DACG can also set up and run internal "competency centers" for a company, as required.
