Bangalore: Advanced Synergic Microsystems Limited (ASML) Bangalore has been appointed as the Master Distributor for Computer Vision (CV), USA for their world renowned CAD/CAM software product in India. The Master Distribution was signed between the two companies at Delhi recently.

Computer Vision (CV), USA is a world leader in CAD/CAM software. Their CADDS5 and MEDUSA range of software will be marketed in India by ASML through resellers, OEM's and dealers on workstations and PC's.

ASML earlier Synergic Systems, is one of the premier software companies in India in the CAD/CAM/CAE segment catering to the need of reputed customers for the past 4 years. ASM has tie-ups with many overseas companies to their reputed CAD/CAM/CAE software product. A few of them being Silicon graphics ,USA for their world renowned RISC based work stations ,Point Control Co.USA Smart Cam software, Stuctural Researching & tests Corp.'s USA for COSMOS/M Finite Element Analysis Software, Rasna Cororpatrtion, USA for MECHANICA software, Century Dynamics UK for their Crash Dynamics Software and many more .ASML's clientele include major Defense organizations, R&D Establishment, Public & private Sector Industries and Educational Institutions.

ASML has been appraised by Industrial Development Bank of India with a term loan of Rs.160 Lakh. The Company has a successful Public issue in the month of February 94 for Rs.185 lakh.
