BANGALORE, FEB: Advanced Synergic Microsystems Limited promoted by Mr. S.Rabindra and Mr. S.Sundar has been catering to major defense laboratories, defense project, private and public sector engineering companies.

The company has tie-up with Computer Vision ,USA for distributing their product in the Indian market apart from the existing tie-ups with structural Analysis Corporation USA,point control Co.,USA among others.

It is selling up facilities to develop and market wide range of computer software and hardware products from domestic as well as global market the project cost at Rs.460 lakh.

To part finance the above project the company is entering the capital market with a public issue of 18, 50,000 equity shares for each Rs.10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs.185lakh.The subscription list will open on 18 February.
